About this product

The 12-inch XmaX expression of Signature Audio Gold Series. The smaller sibling to AU15XmaX brings the same distinctive black-and-gold visual language to a 12-inch format, with a deep-profile surround and gold-accented open basket. Contact us for enclosure, amplifier and installation guidance.

Installation tips

• Match the sub's impedance and voice-coil wiring to your amplifier's stable load.
• Use the enclosure volume the manufacturer recommends — box size changes the bass more than anything else.
• Set the amp's low-pass filter around 80 Hz and use the subsonic filter to protect the driver.
• Run a properly sized power and ground wire and secure the box so it can't move while driving.
