3-Channel Class D System Amplifier, 100 W x 2 + 400 W x 1 @ 2 Ω / 75 W x 2 + 250 W x 1 @ 4 Ω - 14.4V Engineered specifically for powersports applications, the 3-channel MX600/3 amplifier employs our high-speed NexD™ switching design to deliver plenty of clean power, without straining charging systems. Its tiny, cast aluminum housing is highly resistant to corrosion, with an IPX7 water-resistance rating, making it perfect for motorcycles, ATV’s or other utility vehicles. Generating a potent 75W x 2 into 4 ohms, plus a solid 400 watts for a subwoofer system, the MX600/3 makes a great all-in-one solution for driving a complete audio system from a single, ultra-compact chassis. Onboard filters include a 12 dB / octave high-pass crossover on the main channels and a dedicated 24 dB / octave low-pass crossover for the subwoofer channel. Other features include a bass boost EQ, variable infrasonic filter and subwoofer output polarity switch. A dual-range input section accepts a wide range of input voltage levels, from line-level all the way to high-power speaker level signals. This amplifier features a rugged powder-coated finish, a gasketed cover for the controls and stainless steel hardware for durability.

Installation tips

• Size power and ground wire to the amp's current draw and fuse it within 18 inches of the battery.
• Keep the ground short (under 18 inches) to bare metal on the chassis.
• Set gains with test tones or an oscilloscope — the gain knob is not a volume knob.
• Mount it where it can breathe; amplifiers need airflow to stay cool.
